  • Node pull acceptance is bound to the SHA-256 the reviewer saw (unv node accept --sha256), and a changed upload is refused with ACCEPT_CHANGED.
  • unv import-vault never replaces a differing stored secret or an ambiguous name without --force.
  • A failed commit rolls back, and a resent report is recorded as one audit row.
