Phase log 5: 2026-06-06 - Visual Patches + Docker Overhaul

Salvaged from the Session History of CLAUDE.original.md, a rolling log that held every session before Phase 12 in one file. That file was split up and deleted on 2026-08-25; its pitfalls and decisions live in CLAUDE.md. This entry is its text verbatim - written as a log, not to the handoff template, so it has no Goal/Next Steps sections.

Goal: UX/visual improvements, sidebar drag-resize, WireGuard two-column, bulk select checkboxes.

Visual Patches Applied

• Env section fold: <button class="section-collapse-btn" data-section="env"> wired to Settings collapse persistence
• Sidebar drag-resize: <div id="sidebar-resizer"> between </aside> and <main>; drag logic clamps 140–420px; CSS in sidebar.css
• .card-apidesc -webkit-line-clamp: 2 → 3
• Nginx narrow chunks: minmax(min(100%,300px),1fr)
• WireGuard two-column: Interface left, Peer right via chunks-two-col in renderConfigView
• Bulk select checkboxes: .bulk-checkbox div injected by buildCard() before .card-head
• Chunk name overflow: min-width:0; overflow:hidden; text-overflow:ellipsis; white-space:nowrap

Build Notes

• sccache corruption hit during session - fix: rm -rf /tmp/sccache. If gdk-pixbuf error recurs, clear sccache first.
• All changes passed npx tsc --noEmit cleanly. No Rust changes.
