Reads a Firefox profile’s cookies.sqlite for one host (matching host and
its subdomains). Opened read-only from a copy (Firefox keeps the live file
locked and its WAL separate). Firefox does not encrypt this file.
Chrome on Windows is deliberately not here: since Chrome 127, app-bound
encryption ties cookie decryption to the Chrome process, so no external tool
can read it — the same wall yt-dlp --cookies-from-browser hits.
